  • You can download Frever in the App Store and Google Play.

  • Yes, Frever works on both iPad and mobile.

  • To use Frever, you must be 13 years of age or older.

  • Frever is completely free to join and free to download.

    You can choose to purchase Gems (our virtual currency) to buy items. You can also purchase an optional “Premium Pass”, which gives you the right to earn Gems, Coins, and items that can be used in the app.

  • Refunds are not allowed if you already used the products you purchased. If you have made a purchase and have not used the products, you can ask for a refund at Google or Apple where you made the purchase.

  • If you've purchased gems but don't see them in your wallet, here’s what you can do: Try to close the app and then get back on the app. Usually, this will refresh your purchase and your products will be seen in your wallet or on the season pass page.

    If this doesn't work, please contact Frever support at support@frever.com and provide your Apple or Google receipt for troubleshooting and we’ll investigate your issue. You should receive the receipt in the email inbox linked to your Apple ID or Google account within three days of purchase.

  • If you see charges for a product you didn't purchase, it's best to contact Apple or Google support to inquire about the charge as Frever make no direct charges on your credit cards, it is being handled by Google or Apple.

  • If you accidentally purchased a gems package, or your child purchased Gems on your phone without permission, please contact Apple or Google support. Frever cannot determine accidental purchases nor can we issue refunds on our end for them.

  • It is not possible to get a refund on items, such as hairstyles or clothing, that have been purchased in the app with in-app currency. Please contact support@frever.com for further assistance.

  • If you experience problems when using the app, you can try restarting it. You can also send feedback to support@frever.com

  • If you see a video that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, please report the content so we can review it. To do this, click on the icon with three dots in the right menu bar, then press "Report".

  • There are always new objects, scenes or templates in Frever. Sometimes some users get access to things before others. Keep an eye on the app to see when they come to you!

  • In Frever, you can make videos that are up to 15 seconds long.

  • Style challenges are videos where you get a prompt to create a video based on different outfits, while also earning Coins and XP. You decide what to wear in the wardrobe, but the scenes and moves you can use in the video editor will be limited.

  • Make sure that Frever has access to your microphone. Then tap the record button and speak. If you have selected music and the microphone icon down in the left corner is gone, your voice will not be recorded.

  • That feature has not been released for everyone yet but is something we are testing out. Keep your eye out, soon it may be available to everyone!

  • If a video violates Frever's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, the video may be deleted by our team.

  • To log in to the app, you will receive a verification code sent to the mobile number or email address you provided, you do not need a password to log in.

  • To change your username, click on "Profile" in the bottom menu bar to the far right, then click on the Settings icon in the top right corner. Here you can click "Username" and enter the desired username. Do not forget to click "Save" after.
