Frever is the virtual universe where you can become a virtual superstar! In Frever, you can design your characters, create videos, discover new trends, and try exciting challenges!

You can download Frever in the App Store and Google Play.
Frever is so far only available for smartphone. Frever for Ipad is coming in the future, follow @freveruk on TikTok or @freverofficial on Instagram to take part in updates.
To use Frever, you must be 13 years of age or older.
Frever is completely free to join and free to download.
You can choose to purchase Gems (our virtual currency) to buy items. You can also purchase an optional “Premium Pass”, which gives you the right to earn Gems, Coins, and items that can be used in the app.
Refunds are not allowed if you already used the products you purchased. If you have made a purchase and have not used the products, you can ask for a refund at Google or Apple where you made the purchase.

If you've purchased gems but don't see them in your wallet, here’s what you can do: Try to close the app and then get back on the app. Usually, this will refresh your purchase and your products will be seen in your wallet or on the season pass page.
If this doesn't work, please contact Frever support at support@frever.com and provide your Apple or Google receipt for troubleshooting and we’ll investigate your issue. You should receive the receipt in the email inbox linked to your Apple ID or Google account within three days of purchase.
If you see charges for a product you didn't purchase, it's best to contact Apple or Google support to inquire about the charge as Frever make no direct charges on your credit cards, it is being handled by Google or Apple.

If you accidentally purchased a gems package, or your child purchased Gems on your phone without permission, please contact Apple or Google support. Frever cannot determine accidental purchases nor can we issue refunds on our end for them.

It is not possible to get a refund on items, such as hairstyles or clothing, that have been purchased in the app with in-app currency. Please contact support@frever.com for further assistance.
If you experience problems when using the app, you can try restarting it. You can also send feedback to support@frever.com
You can comment on videos, but it is not possible to send direct messages (DM) to other users.
If you see a video that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, please report the content so we can review it. To do this, click on the icon with three dots in the right menu bar, then press "Report".
To create a new avatar, click on "Frevers" and then on the plus sign.
You can create as many avatars as you want but can only have up to 9 avatars saved at the same time.
To change the look and clothes of your Frever avatar in the video editor, click the hanger icon with the Outfit label displayed at the right hand side of the screen. Here you can choose between Favourite outfits, Recent outfits or Create a new outfit.
There are always new objects, scenes or templates in Frever. Sometimes some users get access to things before others. Keep an eye on the app to see when they come to you!
At the bottom of the screen in edit mode there is a button called "face track". Make sure it is activated.
To make a video, go into the app and click on Create a video. You will then be able to choose between using a template or creating a new video. You will then be in edit mode and can test different templates, scenes and animations. To record your video, press and hold the record button in the middle.
In Frever, you can make videos that are up to 15 seconds long.
Currently, you can make videos that are up to 15 seconds long in the Frever app. You can export your videos and use another editing tool to put together multiple Frever videos into one long one.
Right now you can't trim your videos, you can delete a clip and re-record it. Keep an eye out, this may be a feature in the future!
Currently you can't use other creators sound directly, but you can access it by making a mix of the video with the sound you want to use.
You can also try searching for the sound in the video editor.
When you click mix on another users video, it will act as a template for you to base your own video on.
You will get to choose the characters you want to use and they will appear in the video editor. Here you can edit some aspects of the scene, such as sound, animations and camera. You can also use the mix feature as a way to access other users sounds.
Style challenges are videos where you get a prompt to create a video based on different outfits, while also earning Coins and XP. You decide what to wear in the wardrobe, but the scenes and moves you can use in the video editor will be limited.
Click on "Animations" in the right menu bar and then scroll through the categories to select animation and remember to choose one that matches the scene you intend to use.
Make sure that Frever has access to your microphone. Then tap the record button and speak. If you have selected music and the microphone icon down in the left corner is gone, your voice will not be recorded.
You can add your friend's avatar to your video. To add more avatars, click the button in the lower right corner with an icon and a plus sign. You can then choose to add your avatars, Friends avatars or Star Creators. Click on the avatar you want to add and tap the screen to confirm. You can control all avatars at once, or click on the specific avatar you want to control.
It is not yet possible to create videos with another user live.

That feature has not been released for everyone yet but is something we are testing out. Keep your eye out, soon it may be available to everyone!
If you added multiple avatars to your video, you can record voices for each avatar by clicking on the image of the specific avatar you want to record a voice for at the bottom. If you want to record voice for several avatars at the same time, click on the icon with several avatars. If you want their lips to move and do a lip sync, activate the "face track".
If a video violates Frever's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, the video may be deleted by our team.
To log in to the app, you will receive a verification code sent to the mobile number or e-mail address you entered, you don't need a password to log in.
To change your username, click on "Profile" in the bottom menu bar to the far right, then click on the Settings icon in the top right corner. Here you can click "Username" and enter the desired username. Do not forget to click "Save" after.
To change Frever on your profile picture, click on "Frevers" and press the Frever you want as a profile picture. When the image of the selected Frever are displayed, click on "Use".
The banner on your profile page shows the Frever you have chosen as the main character. To change the image, you can either click the camera icon on the banner, or you can click "Change cover image" in Settings. Here you can create a new image using different animations and scenes. Save the image by clicking the shutter button and "Update cover".
